At RunSteep, my mission is to work with you to develop an optimal training plan that fits your unique lifestyle while pushing you to achieve your biggest goals using the most up-to-date scientific literature. I believe training plans should be fluid and adaptable to life’s external factors, which is why I customize each training plan for my athletes. We work together to make adjustments and track progress while having fun along the way!
