Coaching Philosophy

With so many running tips, tricks, and plans available online, it can be challenging finding a strategy that is worthwhile, potentially risking time, money or worse…injury. At RunSteep, my mission is to work with you to develop an optimal training plan that fits your unique lifestyle while pushing you to achieve your biggest goals using the most up-to-date scientific literature. I believe training plans should be fluid and adaptable to life’s external factors, which is why I customize each training plan for my athletes. We work together to make adjustments and track progress while having fun along the way!

What Can You Expect?

Unfortunately, sifting through running-related books, podcasts and the latest training research can be a burdensome and time-consuming process. (Time is NOT a resource anyone—let alone serious runners—can afford to sacrifice.) Successful athletes know that having a coach they can trust to handle the details helps maximize training and enables them to reach their full potential. 

With the Mt. Olympus plan, my goal is to help you reach your highest summits while taking out any guesswork.
